Buyer Questions

If you don't receive your order, you can raise a dispute within the dispute window (usually 5 days after the expected delivery date). Upload evidence, and our admin team will review your case within 48 hours. If your claim is valid, your money will be refunded in full.
Order verification runs for a window based on the agreed delivery timeframe plus 5 days for confirmation. If you haven't confirmed receipt or raised a dispute by the end of that window, funds are automatically released to the seller.
Yes — if a dispute is raised before the confirmation window closes and is ruled in your favor, a full refund is processed. Refunds are not possible once you've confirmed delivery.
TrustCart uses Paystack for payment processing, which supports debit/credit cards, Mobile Money, and bank transfers within Ghana.
All payment processing is handled by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. TrustCart never stores your card or mobile money credentials.

Seller Questions

You receive payment once the buyer confirms delivery, or automatically when the confirmation window expires if no dispute is raised.
TrustCart charges 2.5% and GHS 1 fiat per successful transaction. Paystack's fees also apply.
You'll be notified immediately and given 24 hours to respond. Admin reviews within 48 hours.
Yes — unlimited checkout links for different products.
Payouts are sent to your registered Mobile Money or Ghanaian bank account.
