What happens if I don’t receive my order?+

Raise a dispute within the window and upload relevant evidence. TrustCart reviews the protected order record and updates the case outcome.

What happens when I raise a dispute?+

Payout eligibility pauses while TrustCart reviews the order record and evidence from both sides. The case outcome is then recorded and communicated.

How long does order verification last?+

Payment Protection lasts for the seller’s stated delivery time plus a confirmation window. If you don’t confirm or dispute by the deadline, it auto-releases to the seller.

Is my payment info safe?+

Payments are processed by Paystack. TrustCart does not store your card or MoMo credentials — only payment confirmation and transaction metadata.

Does my buyer account work in every TrustCart store?+

Yes. One Buyer Center account can follow your eligible orders across TrustCart storefronts, Discover, and checkout links. Each seller only receives the customer details needed for orders placed with that seller.

What changes at checkout when I am signed in?+

TrustCart can reuse your account details and let you select a saved delivery location. Guests can still provide their details directly at checkout.
